Panchmukhi Ganesha is regarded as an embodiment of all different energies. Each head of panchamukha Ganesh symbolizes the Pancha Koshas or five sheaths in the subtle anatomy of human beings. They are the Annamaya, Pranamaya, Manomaya, Vijnanamaya, and Anandamaya. The son of one of the most prominent figures in Hindu mythology Shiva. Though characterized with different attributes, Ganesha is readily identified by his elephant head. Ganesha represents good luck and wisdom.  There are a lot of festivals named after Ganesha and him being the son of Shiva has him portrayed extensively in Hindu culture. Ganesha is depicted here how he would be seen as in temples across the country. It is believed that placing Panchamukhi Vinayaka towards east in one’s home or office would help to ward of evils and bring prosperity.
