Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping is free for all orders except for the products in Figurines Collection.
  • You can track your order, save your wishlist and expedite checkout through your safe and secure The Verasaa Collections account.
  • Shipping rates can differ as per weight and destination of your order. Our product prices are inclusive of 3% GST.
  • Orders sent through Standard Shipping via Delhivery will be delivered within 6-7 working days. *Delivery to metro cities usually takes less time.

International Shipping

  • International orders will be sent via Standard Shipping (FedEx) or Express Shipping (FedEx). International orders usually take 10-15 days via Standard Shipping and 6-7 days via Express Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping is usually around $32.46 per KG – excluding custom duty (if applicable in your country), we will provide you exact amount during the conformation of your order. For Express Shipping, please email us at support@verasaa.com 
  • Duties and taxes will be applicable as per the destination country’s rules and regulations – these charges will have to be borne by the customer. The courier company will charge you separately for these.
  • Shipping charges vary according to a number of factors such as the weight and destination of your order, customs clearance and various other factors. We cannot provide you with the exact duty amount. For more information, please email us at support@verasaa.com
  • Please note, any order shipped internationally will be non-returnable.

Delivery

  • Items in stock will ship within 3 business/working days of the order date.
  • Deliveries only occur Monday to Saturday.
  • The Verasaa Collections does not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays.
  • If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within 2 working days of the order, a The Verasaa Collections client service specialist will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order. At this time, you can cancel your order if you wish to. If an item cannot ship within the second business day of the purchase date, and you choose to cancel the order, the payment will be fully refunded by the same method in which the payment was made to The Verasaa Collections.
  • Delivery time of Custom Orders will vary from order to order depending on the complexity of the request. Custom orders typically require 4-6 weeks. Please contact us to check up the delivery time required for your custom order.

  • All deliveries require a person (at least 18 years of age) to sign the shipment on receipt.

Payment

  • The Verasaa Collections accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) and bank transfers. Contact The Verasaa Collections support at support@verasaa.com for any payment help.
  • The Verasaa Collections is required to collect state and local sales taxes for purchases made online and by phone in the states where we conduct business.
  • The Verasaa Collections is in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). We have a secure payment system in place to prevent unauthorized transactions.
  • If you have a promo code or a gift certificate code, you can enter it during checkout.

Insurance

While an item is in transit from The Verasaa Collections and until it is delivered to you, it is covered with insurance. We require a signature and proof of ID at the time of delivery, after which the responsibility for the item(s) passes to you/ the recipient. If the recipient is other than yourself, then their signature and photo ID is accepted as evidence of delivery.

Important Information

  • We cannot ship to an APO/FPO address.
  • To review your order, please login to your The Verasaa Collections account.
  • You can track your order through our shipping partner’s website by using the package details you’ll receive once your order is shipped. We do not have live tracking system on our website at present.
  • Estimated order delivery dates are given as guidelines only. Possible delays due to payment authorization are not taken into account in the estimated delivery time.
  • We usually dispatch all orders within 3 working days, excluding Indian national holidays.
  • Estimated delivery dates are to be seen as general guides and start from the date of dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by unavoidable circumstances and natural calamities.
  • Orders once dispatched cannot be redirected.
  • All orders require ID proof and signature on receipt.
  • At present, each order can be shipped only to a single destination address. If you want to place orders for different recipients, you will have to order separately for each one of them. Please get in touch with our client service team for any help regarding multiple orders.

  • While we try our best to ship all your order items together, this may not be possible sometimes due to product availability.
  • If, due to any unforeseen circumstances, we are not able to deliver your complete order within 15 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In this case, the amount paid for the unshipped part will be refunded to the original payment mode. To ensure that your order reaches you safely and at the earliest, we only ship through reputed courier services.
  • If you feel that the order is damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Call/ text our helpdesk at +91 99711 92814 or send us an email at support@verasaa.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged box/ item. We will try our best to ensure a replacement delivery or refund your order.
  • All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID from the recipient.
  • Recipient should keep a photocopy of any of the following documents for receiving the order:
    – Driving License
    – Passport
    – Voter ID card
    – Pan card
  • If required, our customer service may contact you for additional details.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the same.
