Returns
At Verasaa, each piece is crafted with care to celebrate India’s rich art, culture, and heritage. We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our products.
Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases once an order has been placed and processed. Each item is individually checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Store Credit
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for store credit of the same value, which can be used towards your next purchase.
To be eligible for store credit:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Once approved, we will issue store credit via email in the form of a digital coupon or code, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories such as customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our Products have been shot using professional cameras and bright flashlights to showcase the details of each product. Returns based on product colour mismatch will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@verasaa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
